Returns
You have 14 days to cancel your purchase. If 14 days have passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 2 weeks .

Send an email to klostergames.contact@gmail.com and we will help you return your item with our agreement with PostNord, DHL. return freight will be charged.
Note, packages sent with our own courier or with our own agreement, it is the responsibility of the customer that the package has reached our warehouse at the correct address given.
